Can I return Bubbez wipes or skincare products?
Because Bubbez products are personal care and hygiene items, all wipes and skincare products are final sale once opened or used.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
What items are eligible for a return?
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bubbez.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us at support@bubbez.com.
We’ll work with the carrier to help locate your package, but replacements cannot be guaranteed for orders marked as delivered.

Are Bubbez wipes antibacterial or sanitizing?
No. Bubbez wipes are not disinfecting or sanitizing wipes.
They are designed for gentle cleaning and rinsing — similar to washing with soap and water.
