Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your Bubbez products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, all Bubbez wipes and skincare items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened or used.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:

• Unused

• Unopened

• In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bubbez.com with:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
